Every once in a while I run across something that is the perfect version of itself.  These are my favorite things, and I’d like to share them with you.  This week’s edition:  SEASONINGS.

My husband frequents gun shows with his dad.  It’s a hobby.  My instruction when he leaves: Don’t buy any guns and pick me up some of that seasoning.  At each show, this Company called Grizzly Joe’s sells their wares.  There are lots of flavors to pick from, but there are two that are my favorites and I use them all the time: Chipotle, which I use on steak and pork chops, and Trail Dust, which is the perfect steak seasoning.
