The Well Prepared Kitchen

I’ve been collecting kitchen related gadgets my entire adult life. There are a few pieces I’ve found to be indispensable. There are just certain items I can’t live without (need-to-haves). Then there are those little luxuries which just make me happy when I use them (nice-to-haves). Here’s my list of gadgets that make me prepared for anything:

  1. You have much more than I have that is for sure
    One chef knife
    One paring knife
One very old big cutting board
Big Le Crouset pain and grill
    Few very old baking sheets
    No vitamex no blender
The first food processure that they make it
The first mixer they make it ( almost 30 years old )
Still going strong but can not be without any plain white serving platters and plates
The really will show up your food
