Every once in a while I run across something that is the perfect version of itself. These are my favorite things, and I’d like to share them with you. This week’s edition: BETTER THAN BOULLION
I love the idea of making your own stock and freezing it, and if I had all the time in the world (and all the freezer space in the world) I would TOTALLY do that. But I don’t. And I’m guessing many of you don’t either. I keep jars of Better than Bouillon in my fridge so it’s handy whenever I need stock. Chicken is my go to, but I just got some mushroom and it was really good. For the vegetarians out there, they have a vegetarian stock, too.
