A couple weeks ago, I shared that I was patiently awaiting the explosion of purple in my garden. Well, neighbors, BOOM. The agapanthus have arrived.
All over the city, you see purple and white explosions of color, hovering above the garden below. These signify the impending end of spring, and the beginning of summer. Just like a fireworks show at the end of a great day at Disneyland, or a baseball game, it’s the send off to spring. So, farewell spring, hello summer! I’m looking forward to all the neighborly adventures summer will bring!
Just love’em!
